Christmas 2025 Booking Terms
£40 per room per night non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. Remaining balance due 4 weeks before arrival. Cancellations before 21st November the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Cancellations after 21st November will be at the full charge.
