Barn Room
Our largest party venue, the Barn Room is located on the first floor, accessible via stairs, and features its own private entrance. With its striking vaulted ceiling it offers a stunning setting for a private Christmas Party in Oakham. The Barn Room can comfortably seat up to 80 guests for a sit-down Christmas meal. For an even more exceptional Christmas Party experience, it can be combined with the Barn Lounge, complete with a fixed dance floor and private bar, to create our impressive Barn Suite.
Barn Lounge
Located on the ground floor, the Barn Lounge boasts a private fixed bar, making it the perfect standalone venue for a Christmas Party in Rutland. It can accommodate up to 50 seated guests, 80 for a standing finger buffet, or 100 for a drink’s reception or disco. The Barn Lounge also serves as an ideal space for arrival drinks for larger events in the Barn Room, and with its fixed dance floor, it’s the perfect spot to dance the night away after your Christmas meal!
Georgian Suite
Our Georgian Suite, comprising Georgian Rooms 1, 2, and 3, is a spacious characterful interconnected suite located on the ground floor, conveniently adjacent to the main hotel bar and restaurant. This makes it an ideal setting for Christmas Parties from 10 to 45 guests for a seated meal or 60 for a standing finger buffet (depending on your preferred table layout).
Hunters Bar & Kitchen
Experience the charm of history this festive season as you dine in the most charming part of the Wisteria Hotel. Set within a Grade II listed former hunting lodge dating back to 1604, Hunters Bar & Kitchen offers the perfect setting for Christmas lunches and dinners filled with tradition, flavour, and festive cheer. Our Christmas Party menu is available for pre-booked tables in our Restaurant on selected dates in December.
