Venue Only Hire

Our Barn Suite is available for venue-only hire on select dates, offering you the flexibility to arrange alternative catering options for your event.

The Venue-Only hire fee includes bar staff (1 per 40 guests), the placement of chairs and tables as per your seating plan, and white tablecloths. Please note that no alcohol may be brought into the venue unless agreed in advance, with the relevant corkage fees applied and prepaid. Corkage charges will apply only to wine and sparkling wine – beer, other alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks cannot be brought into the hotel and must be purchased from the onsite bar.

Additional facilities, services, and equipment, such as service staff, chair covers, and crockery, are available for an extra fee. A cleaning bond is required in advance, which will be refunded after the event, provided the venue-only hire cleaning criteria are met.
