Your wedding booking is confirmed once we receive the required deposit and a signed copy of your wedding terms and conditions.
Confetti is not permitted inside the hotel or on the hotel grounds.
Unless you’ve booked the hotel for exclusive use, there may be other events happening in different areas of the hotel during your wedding.
All our ground floor event rooms are accessible. However, we currently do not have an accessible toilet.
We allow candles as long as they are placed in candle holders.
Last orders are at 11:30 pm, and carriages are at midnight. If you'd like an extended celebration, a one-hour extension is available for an additional fee.
Couples booking a plated wedding breakfast for 50 guests or more are entitled to a tasting session. More details can be found on page 14 of our wedding brochure.
Check-in is typically from 3:00 pm. Early check-in from 12:00 pm can be arranged for a surcharge, subject to availability. Check-out is at 10:30 am. Late check out can be arranged for an additional fee.
Cancellation charges vary based on the notice period given, full details are available in our wedding brochure. We highly recommend couples take out relevant insurance with an independent provider to cover the cost of cancellation in the unlikely event the wedding does not proceed.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If a deposit is paid before the booking agreement is signed, the booking is considered confirmed.
